This morning while waking up at an ungodly time after making the trip to see my sister in Las Vegas, I finally opened up my electronic devices only to find one million messages. Out of the million or so messages that were awaiting me, I saw the flash to accept a new comment on my last post. Before opening the comment, I held my breath wondering if it was going to be someone telling me to suck it up or recruiting me to be an atheist. To my surprise, I opened up the comment to find a reader who posted a video for me to watch, and I did.
All I can say is that I may have stopped breathing for a moment. The very words I had been longing to hear were spoken in a short video clip that said everything. My convoluted search for answers eclipsed into a seven or so minute video explaining not the depths of pain, but God’s great providence. And this is why we must be open to wisdom in its many forms- including the words of Stephen Colbert.
I am going to keep this post short so that you can enjoy the video. I hope it touches you as it did me,
